Yin & Kin private class

Both Yin yoga and kinesiology do not separate the mind from the body and understand that by addressing one you automatically have to address the other or unbalances will arise time and time again as emotions/thoughts manifest in our physical bodies. 

Yin yoga is a practice where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes to target very specific fascial trains in the body where we usually hold a lot of tension. These fascial trains correspond to the meridian system in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

By incorporating specific acupressure points on the channels and exploring the psyche behind these points our subconscious can let go and we find long lasting release.

This treatment is the ultimate in releasing stress, tension, surrendering as well as connecting to the body, promoting flexibility, restoring balance and feeling invigorated. 

You can expect 60 minutes of private yin yoga in a serene, calm, dark room. For each pose I include a mix of massage, oils and stimulation of the most relevant acu point while you drop in and surrender to the experience.
